User Registration

Businesses must provide valid company details (including) ABN to open a trade account. This is subject to the approval process. Evolve Hair Concepts reserves the rights to approve or reject applications.

Credit Terms

Once your wholesale account has been approved for credit terms, payment must be made within 30 days from the statement date.

Payments can be made through direct deposit or cheque.

If your account is not approved initially, you may be required to pay upfront for the first three months to establish a credit history with Evolve Hair Concepts. Consistent monthly orders and timely payments will help build your account history.

A 2% surcharge will apply to all payments made via American Express or Diners Club cards.

Failure to settle payments within 30 days of the statement may result in the suspension of supply and removal of credit privileges.

Any legal or collection fees incurred in the recovery of overdue accounts will be the responsibility of the customer. Additionally, interest at the prevailing bank overdraft rate will be charged on overdue accounts.

For COD (Cash on Delivery) accounts, payment must be made in advance via major credit card, direct deposit, or cheque before goods are dispatched.

While Evolve Hair Concepts typically uses a national courier service that offers competitive bulk pricing, there may be instances where smaller, independent carriers specializing in specific areas provide more cost-effective options.

Please be aware that for products classified as dangerous goods, the freight rate may be higher, and additional shipping time may be required. In such cases, you may need to allow for an extra 24 hours for delivery.

Warranty

All products sold by Evolve Hair Concepts are covered by a product warranty, which is provided in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined in the accompanying warranty documentation. Please note that this warranty excludes claims arising from user negligence, such as damage caused by improper use or maintenance (e.g., broken packaging, incorrect storage, or misuse of products).

It is the customer's responsibility to return any products subject to a warranty claim to Evolve Hair Concepts. To process any warranty claim, proof of purchase (e.g., invoice or receipt) and the relevant warranty documentation must be provided.

If a product is deemed faulty and is eligible for replacement under warranty, it will be replaced with the same product or, if the item is no longer available, a similar product of equivalent value will be offered.
